The Superheroes Project provides essential support to help reservists rebuild their lives and businesses after serving in the Iron Swords war. We believe that every reservist deserves support and respect. We are committed to giving them the tools and resources they need to succeed and prosper in Israeli society. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of many soldiers.
Our vision is to create a world where reservists, business owners will not be financially harmed as a result of their service to the country. We believe that reservists deserve recognition and support for their important contribution to society. Many of them invest valuable time and cherish their service, but often this service causes damage to their businesses. A superhero venture was created to help these reservists overcome the unique challenges they face and succeed in their businesses. We want to ensure that every reservist who wants to start or run a business can do so without fear of financial harm.
We believe that reservists are an integral part of Israeli society and have an important contribution to the economy. We are committed to helping them succeed in their businesses and to compensate them for the time they have devoted to public service. We invite anyone who wants to help us realize our vision to join us. Together we can make Israel a country where every reservist can realize his business dreams.
We believe that this vision can be achieved through:
- Providing holistic support to reservists who own businessesWe offer a variety of personalized services, such as business consulting, accompaniment and training, guidance to funding sources, connection to business networks, workshops and lectures, information and news, and a supportive community.
- Raising awareness of the unique challenges faced by reservists who own businessesWe work to raise awareness of the unique needs of these reservists among relevant parties, such as government bodies, financial institutions and the business community.
- Creating collaborations with relevant entitiesWe collaborate with many entities, such as non-profit organizations, philanthropic foundations and entrepreneurial organizations, to expand the scope of support we offer to reservists who own businesses.

The "Superheroes" project was established by Yael (Anastasia) Romansky out of a deep sense of mission and gratitude to the reservists who were called to the flag starting October 7th and responded without hesitation. The project aims to support the businesses of reservists who were injured during the fighting and to help them restore their economic activities.
