We believe they deserve recognition and support for their important contribution, especially for those who invest valuable time in their service. However, this service can negatively impact their businesses, and thus they require additional support to balance both responsibilities.
The "Superheroes" initiative was established to help reservist soldiers who own businesses overcome the unique challenges they face and succeed in their ventures. We offer a variety of services, including business consulting, mentorship and guidance, funding referrals, business networking, workshops and lectures, updates and information, and access to a supportive community.
The Superheroes initiative was founded by Yael (Anastasia) Romanski, an international entrepreneur with extensive experience in business development. After immigrating to Israel with big dreams, she always appreciated the home the country provided her. Following the "Sword of Iron" war, she realized the significant challenges reservists face, especially how reserve duty can harm or even close their businesses. Motivated to help, Yael founded this initiative to support reservist business owners and is committed to helping them thrive and succeed.

The "Superheroes" project was established by Yael (Anastasia) Romansky out of a deep sense of mission and gratitude to the reservists who were called to the flag starting October 7th and responded without hesitation. The project aims to support the businesses of reservists who were injured during the fighting and to help them restore their economic activities.
